State whether there is consensus in the literature about the definition of water security.
Compare the current environments in Nigeria and Mali, focusing on political, economic, demographic and security factors.
State which factors have the strongest impact on water security.
Notes
· The Background Brief should include a clear introduction and conclusion but does not need an executive summary.
